Job Description
Channel Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Lead and manage the full-funnel strategy across social commerce platforms, from sales planning to execution and operations.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and operational efforts.
- Develop and implement effective customer segmentation strategies.
- Design and optimize targeted promotions that increase conversion, repeat purchase rate, and customer retention.
- Spearhead competitive analysis and performance reviews to guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends to refine pricing models, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Define and implement service quality standards across all touchpoints.
- Create and execute outbound sales strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Build feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage CRM platforms to nurture and convert leads.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and omnichannel advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Monitor and enhance acquisition, retention, and ROI through digital channel performance.
Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce Sales, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the tech platform, beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
- Proficient in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
