Job Description
Platform in charge: Shopee & Lazada
1.Visual Merchandising & Campaign Planning
-Develop monthly campaignb & visual merchandsing plan aligned with line Manager and business goals.
-Propose platform-level campaign scheme including key assortment, promotion mechanics, and voucher usage.
-Coordinate with platform key account managers (KAMs) to secure brand visibility in campaigns (e.g., Mega Sale, Brand Day, Double Dates).
-Analyze category trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
-Plan and forecast sales targets, traffic budgets, and inventory requirements for each campaign.
-Monthly demand planning
2. Execution & Store Operations
-Briefing & set up onsite visibilities (SIS, thumbnail, Livestream Background, Video, CEM,...)
-Coordinate with enabler to upload, optimize, and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate content, keywords, and visual merchandising.
-Monitor daily store performance (Traffic, CTR, CR, Retention Rate, Order SLA & FFM) and take prompt actions to resolve issues.
-Coordinate with enabler & cross-functional teams (commercial, content, media, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment.
3. Performance Optimization & Reporting
-Track key metrics (GMV, conversion rate, media efficiency, voucher ROI, etc.) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
-Conduct post-campaign analysis and propose action plans to improve next performance cycle.
-Optimize media and traffic budgets across sponsored ads, vouchers, and platform tools to maximize ROI.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
-Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) and external partners (agencies, enablers) for campaign alignment.
-Assist eCommerce Manager in developing quarterly JBP and platform performance review with Shopee & Lazada.

Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
- 6+ years of experience Commercial & campaign implmentation. Has Livestream/Affiliate experience is a plus. Good at Shopee Account management
- Background in beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms.
- Good communication skills.
