Job Description
  1. Accounts Payable Accountant:
Receive and verify documents (for validity and compliance), then record them in the accounting software system.
  1. Accounts Receivable Accountant:
Issue sales invoices to customers and employees, as well as internal invoices.
  1. Payment Processing:
Prepare payment documents according to the company's payment schedule, follow up until the payment is completed, and update the system accordingly.
  1. Document Filing:
Organize and store supporting documents and contracts.
  1. Administrative Support:
Assist with admin tasks when needed.

Background requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payment processes, and general accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis
