Job Description
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Send out meeting invitations and reminders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on key action points.
- Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Other Duties
- Run errands and handle personal tasks as requested.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
Background requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Hospitality spirit with a proactive and willing-to-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
