Job Description
1. Sales Administration & Reporting
- Collect and consolidate sales data by customer and territory.
- Maintain and update weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Manage sales team calendars and ensure timely tracking of activities.
- Monitor and align monthly forecasts with actual performance to support target achievement.
- Draft, process, and track contracts with dermatologists and partners.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for sales-related paperwork: SPA/SIA, pricing updates, order announcements, etc.
- Prepare documentation and processes related to sponsorships, hospital events, and internal approvals.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to plan and roll out monthly schemes: promotions, rebates, and special campaigns.
- Ensure accurate communication of program mechanics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on performance of each scheme and adjust support where needed to hit sales targets.
- Manage the development and delivery of POSM materials: brochures, catalogs, display items, and product information sheets.
- Support clinic display set-ups and marketing activities in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
- Export and track gifting items, sample products, and collaterals for the field force.
- Work closely with sales supervisors to build strong relationships with dermatologists and clinic partners.
- Coordinate livestreams, reviews, and other engagement activities involving doctors/influencers.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners for field execution and sales growth.
Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or commercial support roles.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
