Job Description
1. Strategic Sales Management
•    Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
•    Deliver key commercial KPIs including SKU penetration, order size/frequency, and new business acquisition.
•    Identify high-potential customers and drive adoption of top medical device SKUs.
•    Track performance and adjust strategies to ensure regional targets are consistently met.

2. Medical Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
•    Build and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital decision-makers, and HCPs.
•    Establish and manage medical advisory boards to support product credibility, feedback, and market adoption.
•    Act as a credible medical liaison to strengthen brand trust within the healthcare community.

3. Product Storytelling & Scientific Communication
•    Champion the medical story behind products through engaging, evidence-based messaging.
•    Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to translate clinical data into compelling, field-ready narratives.
•    Support development of promotional materials that resonate with medical professionals.

4. Training & Capability Building
•    Design and deliver impactful product and disease area training to internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
•    Ensure sales representatives are confident and scientifically accurate in their communication.
•    Partner with medical experts to host seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
•    Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
•    Provide insights to inform strategic decisions on pricing, positioning, and product lifecycle planning.
•    Identify and explore new opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.


6. Customer Relationship & Key Account Management
•    Nurture long-term partnerships with strategic accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
•    Lead customer engagement plans to support loyalty and ongoing business growth.
•    Ensure consistent service standards across accounts through regular interactions and follow-up.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Work collaboratively with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure operational excellence.
•    Coordinate cross-functional support for timely product launches, regulatory approvals, and inventory management.

8. Reporting & Forecasting
•    Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and product uptake.
•    Deliver accurate forecasts and business insights to senior management.



Background requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
  • Direct sales, B2B, dermatological, skin care or specialty pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled at applying past learnings and knowledge to new situations
  • Demonstrated professional standards and unwavering integrity and ethical conduct
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions
