Job Description
  1. Livestream Planning & Strategy
  • Develop the overall livestreaming calendar aligned with brand campaigns, platform events, and product priorities.
  • Define objectives and KPIs for each session (viewership, engagement, GMV, ROI).
  • Plan detailed show concepts, scripts, and product sequencing to optimize storytelling and conversion.
  • Coordinate with marketing, brand, and media teams for integrated campaign alignment.
  1. Talent & Production Management
  • Liaise with Commrcial & Affiliate team to select and manage KOLs, influencers, and hosts to ensure brand-fit and strong on-screen performance.
  • Work with production teams (internal or external) to ensure quality livestream setup including lighting, camera, sound, and backdrop.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Education team to provide pre-show briefing and coaching to hosts about product knowledge, brand tonality, and conversion tactics.
  • Ensure livestream assets (banners, pop-ups, vouchers, etc.) are prepared and uploaded accurately before going live.
  1. Execution & Real-Time Monitoring
  • Supervise livestream execution to ensure smooth technical flow and effective audience engagement.
  • Adjust real-time actions (voucher drop, bundle push, chat highlight, etc.) to maximize sales conversion.
  • Track live data performance (viewers, engagement, orders) and take corrective actions when needed.
  1. Post-Show Analysis & P&L Management
  • Consolidate performance reports and analyze key results (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention).
  • Evaluate sales efficiency, cost structure, and ROI to ensure P&L accountability for each livestream.
  • Identify best practices, winning formats, and audience insights for optimization of future sessions.
  • Manage and control livestream budget including talent fees, production cost, media boosting, and platform fees.
  1. Collaboration & Platform Management
  • Liaise with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other platform teams to leverage livestream tools and campaign opportunities.
  • Work closely with content, commercial, and performance media teams to ensure synergy between livestream and overall digital strategy.
  • Propose new concept ideas and trends to enhance livestream performance and viewer engagement.
Background requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate program KOLs livestream. Familiar with both Self Livestream & Affiliate Livestream. Has Livestreaming guess realtionship
  • Background in beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms.
  • Good communication skills.
