Job Description
1. Key Account Management
- Develop and executes structured account plans; drives account growth
- Adapt approach per channel (clinic, beauty, distributor)
- Initiate joint activities with accounts
- Understands pricing, margin, ROI basics
2. Consultative Selling Skill
- Apply needs-based selling; proposes tailored solutions
3. Market Understanding
- Understand local ecosystems and anticipates changes
- Position product strategically vs competitors
4. KDM Engagement & Relationship
- Build relationships with mid-level decision makers
- Coordinates good customer experience
5. Learning and Development
- Applies learning and improves capability
Background requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within Dermatology.
• Has Strong background in the beauty industry, with a deep passion for skincare and aesthetics
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with dermatologists and key stakeholders
• Ability to translate scientific understanding into practical solutions for skin health and beauty
• Good communication skills.
