Job Description
  1. Affiliate Strategy & Performance Management
  • Develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve sales and ROI targets across the platforms (Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada/Website) & placements (Livestream/Video/Social). Monitor the outcome in both quantity & quality.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance on a daily/weekly basis, identifying key levers to improve traffic, conversion, and GMV.
  • Define and execute monthly affiliate campaigns, voucher programs, and platform collaborations.
  • Track and report on KPIs including CPA, ROI, and contribution to overall eCommerce revenue.
 
  1. KOLs / MCN Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with KOLs, influencers, MCNs, and affiliate networks.
  • Identify and onboard new creators aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, commission structures, and content deliverables to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Work closely with KOLs/MCNs to plan performance-driven content that aligns with platform mechanics (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate, etc.).
 
  1. Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Coordinate with internal brand, media, and commercial teams to ensure affiliate activities are aligned with promotional calendars and product launches.
  • Monitor campaign execution and provide actionable insights for real-time optimization.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to measure content performance, engagement rates, and conversion efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in affiliate investments.
 
  1. Reporting & Analysis
  • Consolidate performance data across platforms and partner networks for regular reporting to management.
  • Provide deep-dive analysis on affiliate ROI, KOL contribution, and overall program efficiency.
  • Identify trends and propose optimization strategies for future affiliate growth.
 
  1. Platform & Market Collaboration
  • Liaise with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) to stay updated on affiliate policies, tools, and incentive programs.
  • Explore co-marketing opportunities with platforms to boost exposure for key campaigns.
  • Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices to keep affiliate strategy innovative and effective.
Background requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate program, or KOLs relationship, KOLs livestream. background in beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Good communication skills.
