Job Description
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Design and implement high-impact digital media strategies tailored to business goals across TikTok, Meta, and Google.
  1. Campaign Management:
Oversee end-to-end media planning, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and resource management to ensure effective execution and ROI.
  1. Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and apply insights to improve results and maximize media effectiveness.
  1. Trend & Innovation Leadership:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies; introduce innovative tactics and tools to enhance media impact.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Background requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful performance marketing campaigns
  • Deep expertise in marketing platforms and tools, such as Tiktok, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and drive results
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives
